This is highly unlikely, as our laptops are built to a secure standard. However, if needed, raise a support ticket, and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Can you recover deleted files?
Depending on your subscription, yes, we can. We also offer recovery of lost emails.
Is accidental damage covered if a laptop is dropped?
If you have optional accidental damage cover, we’ll send a replacement laptop, subject to standard terms. Optional theft cover is also available.
I need a high-performance laptop. Can you help?
