Red Team 247 Limited trading as Cloud Team 247 – General Terms and Conditions
Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using any services provided by Red Team 247 Limited trading as Cloud Team 247(“the company”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Red Team Limited is a company registered in England and Wales. Registration number is 03223630. Registered office is 4 Clews Road, Redditch. B98 7ST.
Subscriptions:
- All subscriptions require a minimum contract period of 12 months, unless otherwise stated, in writing.
- Subscribers are required to provide a notice period of three months before termination.
- Failure to provide notice will result in automatic renewal for another 12 months.
- Automatic renewal will incur a price increase of 2.5% plus inflation.
Hardware:
- Any hardware supplied by the company remains the property of Red Team 247 Limited until paid for in full.
- Payment for hardware is due immediately upon delivery.
Payment terms:
- Services and subscriptions are due for payment within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
- Direct debit is the preferred method of payment for subscriptions.
- Cancellation of a direct debit is subject to a £25 plus VAT administration charge.
Account management:
Accounts placed on hold will attract a £150 plus VAT administration charge.
Liability:
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.
Intellectual property:
All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by the company remain the exclusive property of Red Team 247 Limited.
Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information received during the course of the business relationship confidential and not disclose it to any third party.
Termination:
The company reserves the right to terminate services or subscriptions in case of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
